No law shall be passed abridging the freedom of speech, of expression...--Article III, Section 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines Free Expression Philippines is a group of filmmakers and artists, which aims to promote and safeguard freedom of expression in the Philippines. Contemporarily, it aims to repeal or amend P.D. 1986, which created the MTRCB, and challenge the Anti-Obscenity Bill now pending in the Senate. If you believe in these goals, and you think you can help move our cause forward, please join us by clicking the Join Group link at the right side of this page. Applicant members will be screened, however. If your multiply page is empty, kindly send me a private message introducing yourself and/or explaining why you would want to join, so I will have at least an idea of who you are. Update: Some of the posts can now be viewed by non-members. To view all posts, please join the group (I will then approve your membership). I still have to make access to some of the other posts public since I just recently made access to posts available to non-members.
